COVID-19 Updates & Information From Univera
As the COVID-19 pandemic spreads globally, we need to keep you, our Associates and Customers, up-to-date on what is happening with Univera and what we are experiencing as a result of this pandemic. Here, we will keep you updated on how COVID-19 is impacting us and what that means for you!
Shipments: Due to the impacts of COVID-19, supply chains may begin to struggle. We will give priority for fulfilling product orders to those on Convenience Plans. We have also found reports that in places like Newfoundland and Labrador in Canada, there are mail processing plants being closed. We hope this doesn’t spread but please be aware that there may be delays in shipment due to the impacts of COVID-19.
Customer Care: As you know, we pride ourselves on our excellent Customer Care team. However, Customer Care will be operating on limited staff and we will be closing our retail location in Lacey, WA until further notice to reduce human interaction and possible transmission of the virus. If possible, please place orders online to avoid long wait times in our call center.
Compliance: Please remember, COVID-19 is a disease and should be treated as such when talking about the virus as an Independent Univera Associate. We do not treat, diagnose, or cure with our products. Claims made about our products in relation to COVID-19 will be handled by our Compliance team.
