No more passwords needed. You can now sign in safely using just your email address.
We’ll send a secure, one-time sign-in link to your email — simply click the link to access your account.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Click the Account Icon

Look for the person icon at the top right of the website.
Click it to begin logging in to your Univera account.

Step 2: Click “Sign In”

A welcome message will appear. Click the green Sign In button to continue.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

On the login screen, enter the email address you’ve used with Univera.
You can also log in with Google, Facebook, or Shop Pay —just make sure it's the same email you use for Univera.

Step 4: Check Your Email for a 6‑Digit Code

We’ll send a one‑time 6‑digit verification code to your email from customercare@newunivera.com.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder. The code is valid for 15 minutes and can be used once.
Enter the 6‑digit code on the screen and click Submit to continue.

Step 5: Enter the Code and You’re In!

Enter the 6-digit code you received.
Click Submit, and you'll be automatically signed in — no password required!

Having trouble receiving your 6-digit login code?

When you log in, we send a 6-digit verification code to your email.
If you don’t see it, please try the steps below:

1. Check your spam or junk folder
   The email may be filtered there.
2. Wait 1–2 minutes and refresh your inbox
   Sometimes delivery takes a moment.
3. Go back and re-enter your email address
   • Please go back to the previous screen
   • Enter your email address again
   • A new 6-digit code will be sent to you
