Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Once an order is placed, standard processing typically takes 3 to 10 business days before shipment. Orders submitted during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, and the shipping timeframe begins at that point.

2. Delivery Timeframes

All delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier operations, weather conditions, and local transit delays. The estimated delivery timeframes below depend on the carrier:

• FedEx Ground Economy: 3 to 12 business days
• FedEx Ground: 3 to 10 business days
• USPS Priority: 3 to 12 business days
   

3. Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping applies to eligible orders shipped via FedEx Ground Economy (formerly SmartPost) or other carriers, depending on the order’s weight and destination, which typically delivers within 3 to 12 business days. Free shipping and flat rates do not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

• Subscription / CP Orders: All active Subscription and Convenience Plan (CP) orders automatically qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required—available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
• One-Time Orders $50 or More: If you're placing a one-time order of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes), you'll receive free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
• One-Time Orders for less than $50: A flat $5.99 shipping fee applies to one-time orders under $50 (i.e., $49.99 or less) within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

4. Other Paid Delivery Options

In addition to standard shipping, you can choose from other carriers or shipping options during checkout.

• FEDEX GROUND

Delivery is available to any address within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping charges are based on the weight, distance, and cost of the order, with delivery time determined at checkout. For orders under $190 (after discounts but before taxes), standard shipping fees apply. Orders over $190 will automatically receive a free upgrade from FedEx Ground Economy to FedEx Ground, with no additional charge.

• USPS PRIORITY

Delivery is available to any address within the U.S. If your zip code is not serviced by FedEx Ground, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority, which covers locations including Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Delivery typically takes 3 to 12 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight, distance, and value of your order, and the exact delivery time will be provided at checkout.

5. Special Shipping Destinations

Shipping to U.S. territories, military addresses, and general delivery locations will be handled via USPS Priority only and is not eligible for free shipping.

• Shipping to U.S. Territories

Univera ships via USPS to all U.S. territories (possessions), with shipping costs identical to regular shipments. Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories. After applying a 25% shipping rate discount, only USPS Priority rates will be displayed for non-contiguous states: Alaska (AK), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), American Samoa (AS), and Northern Mariana Islands (MP).

• Shipping to Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

All packages shipped to military addresses must be sent via USPS. Military addresses use APO or FPO for the city and AP, AA, or AE for the state. If a customer prefers a different shipping method, they must provide an address located off the base or military installation within the U.S. or Canada. Military addresses include a zip code but do not have county information.

• Shipping to General Delivery

Shipments designated for General Delivery must be shipped via USPS. USPS will hold the package at the designated post office within the specified area for up to 10 days, allowing customers to pick it up (typically used by travelers or for rural addresses). If unclaimed after 10 days, the package will be returned to the sender. Please note that Univera is not responsible for packages sent to General Delivery that are not claimed.

• International Shipping

Univera cannot ship outside of the US and Canada.
